Chase Bank Parmer Ranch | Georgetown, Texas

HR Marc completed the earthwork and site concrete packages for this ground-up commercial banking project. Earthwork included excavating 360 cubic yards of subgrade for the building pad, hauling 550 tons of limestone base, and grading and compacting 400 cubic yards of building pad material in 8-inch lifts.
The site concrete scope included a 3,340-square-foot slab-on-grade foundation, 13,500 square feet of 6-inch concrete paving, 12,200 square feet of 7-inch concrete paving, and 2,200 square feet of sidewalks, along with monolithic curb, ADA-compliant ramps, and light pole bases.

HR Marc completed the site concrete package for this ground-up commercial brewery project, including a 7,000-square-foot slab-on-grade foundation, 4,700 square feet of sidewalks, and 1,100 square feet of curb and gutter. The project also included the installation of ADA-compliant ramps, a transformer pad, light pole bases, concrete walls, and other site concrete improvements.

Volente Fire Station | Volente, Texas

HR Marc completed the site concrete package for this ground-up fire station project, including a 10,500-square-foot slab-on-grade foundation, 7,200 square feet of concrete paving, and 4,100 square feet of sidewalks. The project also included the installation of ADA-compliant ramps, transformer and generator pads, bollards, a concrete headwall, a concrete drainage channel, and other site concrete improvements.
